Yes! We welcome kids of all ages. If you are breastfeeding and will need a space to pump or feed, you are welcome to use the bridal suite throughout the night.
The ceremony and reception will take place at two different locations (about a 20 minute drive). Please be sure to have the addresses for both St. Susanna Catholic Church and Rolling Meadows Ranch before departing. You can find the addresses under the 'Schedule' tab.
We have rooms blocked at the Marriott and Hilton Garden Inn in Mason listed in the 'Hotels' tab (~20 min drive from the reception). However, should you wish to find other accommodations, there are many other hotel chains off the same exit.
Both events take place indoors, however the reception will have an outdoor patio with games and grounds to roam if you need some fresh air.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm, please plan accordingly.
Immediately following the ceremony, family and the wedding party will take pictures. Guests may head straight to Rolling Meadows Ranch for the reception. Drinks and appetizers will be served starting at 4:30pm and dinner is planned for 5:30pm. The bartender will ask for IDs, so be sure to bring yours!
Enjoy refreshments and mingle! Yard games and board games will be available for you to play. There will also be cards at each table asking for your wisdom. This will be a substitute for a guestbook, so please fill out at least one card! Each table will have a different question, so feel free to visit other tables throughout the night and share your advice and stories with us!
