Welcome Reception at the Ashmolean Museum

6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks.

*Please arrive via the Museum’s side entrance on St Giles Road (around the corner from the main entrance on Beaumont Street)* Join us for an evening at the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford! We have a private roof terrace overlooking the famous spires of Oxford. Canapes and drinks will be served. We will also be having private tours of select exhibits at the museum.

Rehersal Dinner

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Dinner for the two immediate families and Wedding Party to get together before the day. We will be having dinner at Laura's Oxford College. The evening will start with champagne on the lawn and move to dinner in one of the halls. We may also get a brief tour of the college.

Backyard BBQ - Welcome to the UK!

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

BBQ welcome to Stanford Hall for all who wish to attend. We will be doing causal BBQ and drinks on the back lawn. This is a great chance to say hi to everyone and explore the grounds of Stanford Hall before the big day.

Ceremony

3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Black Tie Optional - The wedding party will be in Tuxes/long dresses. We know people are travelling a long way so please wear what you are comfortable with. Traditional dress is encouraged!
