Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
Both the wedding ceremony as well as the cocktail hour and reception to follow will all take place at the Bedford Village Inn in Bedford New Hampshire. The ceremony will be outdoors in the garden. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors in the great hall at the Bedford Village Inn.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will start at 4pm. Guests are asked to arrive at the Bedford Village Inn between 3:30-4pm and make their way to the garden for the ceremony.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors in the garden at the Bedford Village Inn. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors at the Bedford Village Inn.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?
Answer
We will work with the venue to accommodate any dietary concerns - please let us know in your RSVP! Gluten free options will be available.

Will there be transportation available?
Answer
There is a pre-paid ride-share code available for guests staying off-site. Please use Uber code r0EcggnBunw (https://r.uber.com/r0EcggnBunw) For guests staying at the historic Bedford Village Inn or the Grand Hotel at the BVI, accommodations are within walking distance of both the ceremony and reception.

Where should I stay?
Answer
There are a few options for hotels both on site at the venue and off site near by. On site at the Bedford Village Inn there are both the Historic Inn and the Grand Hotel. Off site options include the nearby Hampton Inn and Suites Manchester-Bedford as well as the Country Inn and Suites Manchester. We will have a transport shuttle available to these two hotels throughout the evening. Please refer to the Travel tab for hotel details and links to reserve a stay.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
