Please keep in mind that Michigan in May could go either direction - warm or cold! The wedding will be more casual, so wear things that are comfortable for you. Kilts are welcome and recommended!

Hotels

There are a plethora of hotels, Vrbo's, and AirBnB's in the area. They don't call Benton Harbor the "wedding belt" of Michigan for nothing! Here are three good reviewed options for those of you not ready to do a full on google search.

This is within five minutes of the Blue Dress Barn, and is an medium to higher priced hotel for those of our guests who are interested!

Located above a beautiful bar and grille, this little Inn is only 15 minutes from the venue and is medium priced compared to some of the other options.

Best Western Benton Harbor-St. Joseph

For those of our guests who are interested, here's a lower to medium cost option, but still good ratings and breakfast!

Airports

Here are three relatively close-by airports. Keep in mind it's about a 5 hour drive from Chicago and a 3 hour drive from Detroit, so those are also options for those of us with not as much of a budget. Or you can be as crazy as Chase and just drive.

Gerald R. Ford International Airport

This is the third closest airport to the Venue, the drive is around an hour and 20 minutes.

South Bend International Airport

At only 36 minutes from the Venue, this is the closest airport to Benton Harbor that isn't a municipal.

Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport

Another close-by international destination, the Kzoo airport is only 45 minutes from the venue.
