How about kids? Can we bring ours?

Answer

Yes please! This is a kid-friendly wedding. We will include your children in your RSVP unless you tell us they are not coming. We will NOT have babysitting provided, but we will have an activity area for young children (bubbles, coloring, games, etc.) There will be a set kid's entree for dinner. If your child requires a special diet, we request you provide their meal. After the ceremony, a shuttle will be available throughout the reception party for parents and kids who need to go back to the hotel for any reason.

So what's all this about "the novel coronavirus?"

Answer

There's no getting around the fact that it's still a weird time for a big party. Here's how we're handling the safety of all the people we love: First off, vaccines and boosters are required. Please bring your paper vaccine card OR your online QR code for your state. We'll have staff at our events check these upon entry. Second, we will provide everyone staying at the hotel with at-home tests to do the morning of the event. For local folks, if you need a home test, please let us know well in advance so we can send you one. Third, all events will take place outdoors or indoor/outdoor, so that individuals have the option to remain outside at all times. Lastly, we ask that everyone keep their masks handy when working with staff so that we can be as considerate as possible to the teams making our dream a reality. We really appreciate everyone hanging in there with us. And, if now is simply not a comfortable time for you to join this event, we completely understand, and still love you!
