This is a hotel that is very close to our venue and one of our shuttles will be provided to and from this hotel. (There is a block of 20 rooms that we have made for family members and the members of the wedding party to be all together for getting ready). There are additional rooms available outside our block if you would also like to stay at this hotel. Please feel free to also book a room reservation here if you would like.

This is an additional hotel that we will have one of our shuttles going to and from. There are 20 total rooms blocked for our guests (10 King Suites and 10 Double Queen Suites), for Friday June 23rd-Saturday June 24th-Sunday June 25th. There are also additional rooms available if the block is full. Please use the link provided to reserve your stay.

Shuttle

First Shuttle Pick-up at Sure Stay Hotel to venue : 3:00pm Second Shuttle Pick-up at Sure Stay Hotel to venue: 3:35pm There will only be ONE shuttle Pick-up from the Comfort Inn: 3:00pm. First Evening Shuttle Pick-Up:Venue to Sure Stay Hotel & Comfort Inn: 8:30pm (same times) Second Evening Shuttle Pick-Up: 9:30pm Third Evening Shuttle Pick-Up: 10:15pm (After 10:15pm there will be no shuttle service available) Last one for the Bridal Party: 10:45pm We have set up two shuttles, one shuttle will be going to and from our blocked room hotel: Sure Stay Inn & Suites Elizabethtown Hotel to our venue: Stone Gables Estate-Ironstone Ranch. The second shuttle will be going to and from our second blocked hotel: Comfort Inn & Suites- Hummelstown-Hershey to our venue. -Both first run of shuttles will be picking up our guests from each of our blocked hotels from 3:00pm-3:30pm. The shuttle service will then take guests to our venue for our ceremony which begins at 4:00pm. If you wish to not attend the ceremony the shuttle will still be able to take you to the venue between this time. -The second run of shuttles will be leaving from our venue back to the hotels at the conclusion of our reception from 8:30pm-10:45pm. *If you did not book a hotel from either of our blocked hotels, unfortunately there will not be a shuttle provided.*
