Welcome to our new Adventure!

Having just moved back to Texas, Bryann needed a job to hold her over until the new school year began. During her tour of the new summer gig, she met a SUPER smiley gentleman assuring her he was the welcome committee and would be providing donuts the following day. Well, those donuts never came, but Bryann certainly felt welcome by Mr. Lee. One thing is certain, those first few hours of that summer job changed our lives indefinitely.

Both of us were not ready for a romantic relationship when we met, so a friendship would have to do. For months, Ronnie would come to have lunch with Bryann every day, during what became known as table time. During this time, we just talked... and talked... and talked. We found comfort in these table times and it became difficult for the weekend to come because we knew it would be days before we would see each other again. We fell in love over conversation. Our friendship quickly blossomed into a full fledged love.

Two weeks into an official relationship, Ronnie told Bryann he knew they would be married one day. Of course, Bryann had to tell him to pump the brakes. LOL! Love and marriage is scary! However, Bryann secretly knew, too. From there, talks of marriage would pop up over the next 9 months. It was no secret the day would come. If you know Ronnie, you know he cannot hold onto a secret. Bryann knew the moment he had the ring. In fact, she knew the day he was going to propose because Ronnie was a nervous wreck. It was a good thing, though, because Bryann was able to let him know she would die of embarrassment if he did a big proposal, which was exactly what he had planned. Good thing that man is flexible. He decided to take the information and pivot. While laying on the couch, drinking mimosas and relaxing after a hard week, he looked Bryann in the eyes and told her all the reasons he loved her. Then, he got off the couch, grabbed his roses and the ring and got on one knee and asked for forever. Of course, Bryann said, DUH! The moment was so intimate and personal. It was perfect.
