Yes!! Kids are welcome! Just be aware, every child will need their own passport.

What are the travel dates?

Answer

I’m order to receive the discount for your room you are required to stay 4 days. The travel dates set aside by the resort are Friday May 3rd- Monday May 6th.

How can we book our hotel rooms?

Answer

Reservations will be done on the booking website with a special code provided by the property. A 50% deposit will be required upon booking, the balance on the remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to arrival date. You are able to cancel your hotel 60 days before your arrival date for a refund.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 3pm and Check-out is 11am.

Where do we RSVP for the wedding?

Answer

Please RSVP on the wedding website under the RSVP section. You will need to type your name and/or your guest name in order to RSVP. If you are unable to RSVP on the site please reach out to Gabrielle (708) 805-2938 for assistance.

What if I want to extend my trip and stay before or after the discount dates, how would I book my hotel room?

Answer

You will have to make two separate reservations; one for the wedding dates and one for the extended dates. The hotel will know that these reservations are for the same trip. Just remind the desk once you check in so there will be no need to check out or change room.

What if I want a room type that is different than what was set aside on the hotel block?

Answer

The King bedroom are currently the only rooms that were reserved for the hotel guests. If you would like to reserve a different type of room that will be no problem. Please let me know and I will have that room type set aside for you to book.

When is the last day to book a room or RSVP to the wedding?

Answer

Match 1st is the last day to book your room Ave receive the wedding discount. This will also be the cut off date to RSVP for the wedding as we have to give the resort our final count by this day. If you have any questions be sure to reach out to either Gabrielle or Ryan!
