Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are using shuttles provided (more information to be confirmed), we will ensure you arrive thirty minutes before our ceremony starts. For all individuals transporting themselves, our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please ensure you arrive at least thirty minutes before this time, allowing time to park and walk to your seat. If you arrive at or after 4:00 PM, you will not be allowed to enter the ceremony space and may join us at cocktail hour.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our dress code for the evening is cocktail attire. This can look like a suit, mid-length & long dresses, and dress shoes that are comfortable for you! Please no jeans, polos, sneakers, or shorts (and no white or white adjacent colors :))

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, "and Guest" will be written on your invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Blue Mountain Resort offers ample parking outside of our wedding space. Please be advised the parking lot leads to steps towards the resort. If you need any accommodations getting to the ceremony site from the parking lot, please let us know. Blue Mountain does allow overnight parking of vehicles if needed!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request that there are no children at the ceremony or reception unless otherwise indicated on your invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We wouldn't have it any other way! (but please drink responsibly!)
