Please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time (4:45 p.m.) to ensure that you can snag a seat before we begin. If you plan to take one of the shuttles that are being provided, the shuttle schedule is designed to get all guests to Castle Hill in time.

Yes, several trolleys will be shuttling guests to/from downtown. The schedule is as follows: Pre-Wedding Trolley (for family): 3:15pm- Pick up at Perotti Park (39 Americas Cup Ave) 3:30pm - Drop off at Castle Hill Inn Pre-Wedding Trolley (for all guests): 4:15pm- Pick up at Perotti Park (39 Americas Cup Ave) 4:30pm - Drop off at Castle Hill Inn Post-Wedding Trolley #1: 10:25pm Pick Up at Castle Hill Inn 10:45pm- Drop Of at Fastnet Pub Post-Wedding Trolley #2: 11:25pm- Pick Up at Castle Hill Inn 11:45pm- Drop Of at Fastnet Pub
Yes, there will be limited parking for the ceremony and reception at Castle Hill Inn. Please remember that the Inn is roughly 20 minutes outside of downtown Newport. We encourage all guests to take advantage of the provided trolley transportation to and from the venue to alleviate added coordination and ensure guest safety.
