What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30pm, so please try to be there between 4:00-4:15pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code, but the couple requests wearing earthy, neutral, or autumn tones. Also, remember that the ceremony will be outdoors, so maybe leave your long sleeves at home!

Can I bring a date?

Please only bring people included in your reservation as the venue has a small capacity.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Will drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have water, tea, lemonade, and an open bar! The bar will be limited to two cocktails and a small variety of beer and wine.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are located at the same venue, and there is a large parking lot on site. There will be golf carts and attendants to shuttle you from your car to the venue throughout the entire night.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation from hotels to the ceremony, but there will be golf cart shuttles on site to transport you to and from your car to the venue.
