Question

How did you meet?

Answer

This is the only thing we disagree on! Brooke's answer: On FaceTime through our mutual friends Riley Hoyle and Wyett Kutz in March of 2020. Jeffrey's answer: At AYE while we were both working the goat show in October of 2020. Who's right? You pick!

Question

What's the vibe?

Answer

Imagine Dolly Parton threw a western food festival followed by a brigerton themed after party - that's what you can expect!

Question

What should we wear?

Answer

Jeffrey wants to see guests in starched denims, cowboy boots, and cowboy hats as far as the eye can see. Got a Canadian suit? We'd honestly love to see it. There's no need to wear a tie - we are on a farm after all! We kindly ask that all men wear collared shirts and refrain from wearing ball-caps. Brooke wants to see guests in pink - ruffles, sequins, sparkles, florals - all of the above! She kindly requests that you refrain from wearing black. If you've been looking for an excuse to buy that dress - this is it! Or rent something fabulous through Nuuly! She'd love nothing more than to see you dressed up! We recommend skipping on stiletto heels for the evening and instead opting for a chunky heel or cowboy boots. All guests will spend a large portion of the night outside on grass. Need visual inspo? Question

Where should we look for accommodations?

Answer

There are some great airbnbs in the area we encourage you consider. If you want to stay in a hotel we have a variety of our favorites linked on the travel tab and there are a number of hotels on MLK in Fayetteville which are the closest hotels to the venue.

Question

What's the food situation?

Answer

With a 7:30 p.m. ceremony start we decided to ditch the traditional dinner form and instead will serve guests a variety of small bites that represent the bride and grooms favorite foods. While there will be plenty to snack on throughout the evening - you shouldn't expect a sit-down dinner. At 8:00 p.m. guests will enter our cocktail hour and enjoy six food and drink stations much like at a food festival. At 9:00 p.m. guests will be served a cheese and dessert course. At 10:30 p.m. a midnight snack will hit the dance floor to kept the party going. If this doesn't sound like enough substance to keep you celebrating all night long - then we encourage you to grab something prior to your arrival on the farm.

Question

Should I bring the kids?

Answer

If you have a kid that we are aware of - they will be listed on the invitation - and we would love to see them! This will be the most kid friendly wedding you could imagine! But if you need a date night - this will be an epic date and we totally understand leaving the little toots at home. Just please let us when you know when you RSVP so we can adjust our head count for catering.
