The Speakmans

We met through my cousins Jenna and Joey; I had been with Jenna the day we met the "guys" (Sean, Alex, Joey & Josh) they were swimming and invited Jenna to join and I tagged along. Before we even swam, Sean took my phone and had me chase him around the house while he was texting himself from it (too shy to ask for my number but not too shy to steal my phone LOL). The next morning, he sent me a photo of myself from a group picture we had taken that night teasing me over something random, and we never stopped texting. Our first date was a walk at the Terryville Reservoir where we both got scared from the sound of a frog in the lake and ended up hugging and hiding behind a tree (or maybe I just got scared and he wanted to hug). These are our favorite types of dates to this day, a hike or walk in nature is always the best way to connect. That was almost 10 years ago, and we can't wait for the next years as husband & wife! <3
