How do I book my room for the wedding?

Answer

Call Schweitzer Mountain directly at (833)-854-7669 and request lodging in the Vaughn/Emison room block to stay at one of the hotels in the village at a 20% discounted rate. Alternatively, there are other nearby lodging options such as condos or Airbnbs that can be booked at your own discretion.

How will we be getting to the top of the mountain for the ceremony?

Answer

All guests attending the ceremony will be riding the open chairlift from Schweitzer Village up to the mountain summit.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs will need to be finalized by June 25th. RSVPs after this date will regretfully not be accepted.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - Dressy Casual / Mountain Wedding Attire Our ceremony will be outdoors in the summer mountain air, think light, comfortable, and polished. Sundresses, dressy skirts, or nice jumpsuits are great; for men, button downs with slacks, or chinos work well (no need for ties or jackets unless you want to!). Please wear shoes that are comfortable for grass or gravel paths, and avoid white.
