Brynn is Brooke's older sister and best friend. Brooke has always looked up to Brynn for her motivated spirit and compassionate fun loving heart. When the two of these girls are together you can expect a lot of laughing, being silly, and dancing around with their two fur babies. One of Brooke's favorite memories with Brynn is when Brynn visited Brooke in Las Vegas and they Met Justin Bieber and Skrillex! They have taken countless fun trips together between Palm Springs, Lake Chelan, Los Angeles, and more. Brooke is so happy to be living in the same city as Brynn so they can hang out every week whether they are chilling at home watching Forgetting Sarah Marshall, or at a fun concert in downtown, its always a blast when Brynn and Brooke are together.

Claire and Brooke have been best friends since they were 4 years old. Throughout their lives they have always maintained a close relationship and has always felt just like family. From little league soccer to dance team in high school, and visiting each other in every city they've lived in, Brooke can always count on a good time when she's with Claire. They use to visit each other in College in LA, and ASU and would always have a blast. One of Brooke's favorite memories with Claire is spending almost every Thanksgiving together with both of their families when they were growing up. Her family is like Brooke's second family, and she feels so blessed to still be so close to them all after so many years.

Marissa and Brooke have been best friends since they were five years old. They have been through so much together throughout the years, and no matter where they are or what they are doing, Brooke can always count on Marissa to be there for her. They did everything together when they were kids. All sports, and after school activities, playing with American girl dolls, shopping at Washington square mall, and going on trips to Sunriver together. Marissa was always right there by Brooke's side. They even grew up on the same street. One of Brooke's favorite memories of Marissa is when they were in Elementary school they would always watch Mary Kate & Ashley movies together and reenact the scenes.

Emily and Brooke have been best friends for 10 years. They met at FIDM in Los Angeles, and after a couple of years of being so close, they became roommates. As roommates Brooke and Emily would do everything together. Brooke loved going out with Emily and they would have a blast getting all dolled up together in their apartment and trying on a million outfits. Emily and Brooke made the move to Las Vegas together, and continued to be roommate for 3 more years. Emily and Brooke have an undeniable bond, and always joke that they are each others wife. They would tell people constantly they were married just to get a funny reaction from people. One of Brooke's favorite memories with Emily, is going to all the music festivals together like EDC and Coachella and dressing up in fun crazy outfits.
Jojo Hernandez

Jojo and Brooke have been best friends for five years and met while working at SLS in Las Vegas. Jojo and Brooke instantly hit it off. It was truly a match made in Heaven. Between cracking jokes, doing impressions, making SnapChat videos constantly, it's a surprise they ever got any work done while together. Brooke's favorite memory with Jojo is going to Steiners after work every night where they would unwind for the evening. Another fun memory with Jojo is when the two girls went "mall hopping" and went to three different malls in one day and had a total shopping spree. They got matching henna tattoos that day, and then later got matching real tattoos of little hearts on their fingers. Jojo's fun loving sweet soul always made Brookes time living in Las Vegas a breeze.
Samie Morton

Samie and Brooke have been best friends for five years. They first met working at SLS in Las Vegas, and then transferred over to Mandalay Bay where Brooke first met Marcus. Samie and Brooke instantly hit it off as friends. They had both spent time living in Los Angeles before making the move to Las Vegas, and had a lot of similar interests. Brooke always refers to Samie as her "Mini Me" because of how close their personalities are. Samie has a love for Pomeranians just like Brooke. Samie has two of her own, and is who found Koda for Brooke and Marcus a few years ago. Brooke's favorite memory with Samie is going to Drais' for Halloween and having a party at her house afterwards with lots of dancing, snacks, and drinks with their close friends.
Lindsay Naramore

Lindsay is Marcus' oldest sister. Her funny and fun spirited personality has always made Brooke feel welcome to family. One of Brooke's favorite memories with Lindsay is going on a four hour horse back ride in the Black Hills over 4th of July weekend. It was a pretty intensive ride, but both Brooke and Lindsay were up for the challenge, and will never forget it. Brooke looks forward to many more vacations, and holidays they will celebrate together.

Marissa is Marcus' second to oldest sister. Marissa's laid back and easy going personality made Brooke feel right away like one of the family. One of Brooke's favorite memories with Marissa is when they went on a walk to the park with her three beautiful little girls in Gillette, WY where they played on the swings, and play structure, and even saw three deer walk by. It's always a fun adventure in Gillette with her and her kids, and Brooke is looking forward to more trips out there and watch the girls grow.

Jessica is Marcus' third oldest sister. Her sweet soul, and kind heart is what made Brooke feel instantly connected to the family. One of Brooke's favorite memories with Jessica was playing mini golf with her, her husband, Emmet their son, and Marcus. they had a blast putting around, and teaching Emmet how to hit the ball. Jessica and her Husband now live just a few short hours away in Spokane, WA and Brooke really looks forward to spending more quality time with them there, and in Seattle.

Friend of the Groom Ever since Brandon showed up to a John Brown University Intro to Marketing class with a Colorado Rockies hat on a and football in hand, Marcus knew he had may have met a great friend. Brandon & Marcus’ friendship strengthened in college through their similar course load, intramural sports teams, and shared enthusiasm for binge watching Sci Fi movies. This friendship continued as both of them moved to Denver after college, beginning their careers and spending weekends at Ski Resorts, Golf Courses, and Sports Stadiums . Since then, Marcus proudly stood as Brandon’s best man as he married his wife Jen and celebrated the birth of his daughter Gracie. Brandon has been a rock-steady friend, and a model husband and father to his daughter Gracie, who Marcus wishes to emulate.

Friend of the Groom From back country ski trails to college business competitions to California road trips to Denver Teacher meetups, Micah has been a steadfast partner who has pushed Marcus to become better in every avenue of life. Balancing Micah’s unending passion for adventure is his snappy sense of humor, breadth of curiosity, and appreciation for the deeper things in life, all traits which have positively affected Marcus. Micah has become the quintessential family man who Marcus will always look to for marriage and family advice, with his longtime marriage to wife Meghan and two daughters, Anabel & Sylvia,
Nathan Holm

Friend of the Groom Marcus’ relationship with Nathan started off rocky, with a heated preschool dispute over controller time on a Super Nintendo. Luckily, they made amends and became lifelong friends. Nathan has always been down for an Xbox marathon session, a mountain camping trip, or a good old fashioned fireworks fight. He has also been an invaluable friend in all phases of Marcus' life, always offering earnest advice and encouragement during difficult times and celebration and support during good times. Nathan has also become a model husband to his longtime wife Hannah and caring father to their three daughters, Lizbet, Elin, and Britta. Marcus hopes to continue to learn from Nathan’s approach to career, life, and family, while always laughing at his deep well of jokes.

Friend of the Groom As a beginning DJ in Ann Arbor, Marcus thought he found his first supporter in Marco, whose high energy party theatrics brought a new level to the tunes Marcus was spinning. But after that moment, Marcus realized he had made a lifelong friend. Marco and Marcus forged a friendship at graduate school over EDM concerts, Michigan sports, and Finance Class projects. This friendship has grown stronger in each new phase of life. Marco’s endless positivity, relentless work ethic, and undeniable individuality have long inspired Marcus, while his loyalty and earnestness have been a dependable force in Marcus’ life. Marcus looks forward to having Marco join him for his marriage for Brooke, and then celebrating Marco’s coming marriage to his new fiancee, Jeanine in the near future.

Friend of the Groom After finding themselves together on a grad school road trip to East Lansing for a Michigan/Michigan State football game during graduate school, Marcus and Jordan became inseparable friends. Jordan proved to be both a good influence - helping Marcus land DJ gigs in Ann Arbor and his first job out of school - as well as a more questionable influence - convincing Marcus to take weekend trips to hip hop concerts in New York City with 12 hours notice. Since school, Jordan and Marcus have stayed in touch on a daily basis, discussing NBA news, new DJ mixes, career moves, and their respective relationships. Jordan has become an excellent husband and partner to his wife, Aurelie, and Marcus hopes to replicate their adventurous, joyful relationship with his marriage to Brooke.

Friend of the Groom Jeff and Marcus met as wide-eyed trainees for Teach For America, and formed a fast relationship as they went through rigorous education training in the day, played pickup hoops in the evening, and partied together on the weekends. Jeff and Marcus’ relationship continued to grow, as their mutual love for road trips, skiing, and dance music took the edge off the challenging teaching assignments they were both thrust into in Colorado. Marcus and Jeff continued to stay in touch after Teach For America, working on a music blog, attending music festivals, and building business ideas together. Jeff’s sense of intrinsic motivation, passion, and curated music taste have been major influences to Marcus’ life, as well as his vibrant relationship with his girlfriend Narges.
Jason “Hawk” Hochstein

Friend of the Groom As Marcus moved to Minneapolis after graduate school, he was a new person in a new city with very few people he knew. Hawk immediately gave him a warm welcome, showing him the best dance music venues, proper boating behavior, and key insights about Minnesota sports teams. Hawk and Marcus shared a house together with their friends in Minneapolis, converting their basement into a DJ stage and dancefloor. Since living in separate cities, Hawk and Marcus continue to stay in touch with NBA commentary, funny Reddit threads, and techno mixes. Hawk’s loyalty, kindness, and obscure music taste has been a huge influence on Marcus. Hawk’s relationship with his girlfriend Claudia has also been an inspiration for Marcus in his relationship to Brooke.

Brother in Law of the Bride As Marcus moved to Seattle with Brooke, he found an immediate friend in Matt, who married Brooke’s sister Brynn. Matt’s love of Denver sports team, entrepreneurship and sales, and hip hop gave him and Marcus plenty of conversation topics. His optimistic spirit, sense of adventure, and committed, lively marriage to Brynn have all been major influences for Marcus, and he looks forward to beginning a lifelong brotherhood with Matt.
Luke Nelson

Marcus met Luke prior to moving to Seattle, and Luke’s love of Game Of Thrones, Quentin Tarentino Movies, and theatrical videogames formed an immediate connection with Marcus. Luke’s creative spirit, unwavering career goals, and love and care for his sisters has been an inspiration to Marcus. Marcus looks forward to a life full of watching adventure movies, having deep life discussions, trying amazing food and beer, and exploring new experiences with his soon to be brother in law.
