Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms at The Grand Resort. Please call the hotel directly to book under “Waid-Hargate Wedding Block” by August 5, 2024. The hotel will provide a complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle to the ceremony will depart the Resort at 5pm and drop off at cocktail hour after. For guests who are looking to just go to cocktail hour and the reception, the shuttle will depart the Resort at 6:45pm. The shuttle will begin taking guests back to the Resort at 11:30pm.
