Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception are happening right at Woodcliff!

Question

When is check in/check out time if spending the night at Woodcliff?

Answer

Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. You may be able to check in earlier if the room is available. Go to the check in counter and ask the staff!

How do I get a room at Woodcliff?

Answer

Use this link to book a room under our room block: https://book.passkey.com/event/50780934/owner/1504755/home Or.... Call Woodcliff at (585)-381-4000 or (585)-248-4810 and ask to book a room under the Chatterton/Oyer Room block. You will receive a discounted rate if you are a guest at the wedding. You will have to give them a credit card for them to put on file but will not pay for the room until you check in. Please do this by September 12, 2024 in order to receive the discounted rate. We have rooms blocked for Friday, 10/11 and Saturday, 10/12.

Do I have to stay at Woodcliff?

Answer

No, there are a couple of other hotels close by! Check out the Travel tab located on this website. The other hotels are listed with addresses and phone numbers. We do not have room blocks at the other hotels so you would have to just book normally.

Our wedding will be adult only.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside. The cocktail hour and reception will be inside a climate controlled tent.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Woodcliff has parking right on site. Because of the large volume of people staying at Woodcliff, a shuttle will not be needed. Ubers and Lyfts are an option if staying at another hotel.

WIll there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be a 4-hour open bar. If desired, bring cash to tip the bartenders and waiting staff.
