Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Schedule: $200 per room non‐refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation (plus the cost of insurance if chosen). 50% of room total will be due on or before April 20, 2024 Final payment will be due on or before July 1, 2024. Cancelations: Cancelations after April 20, 2024 will result in a 50% penalty. Cancelations after July 1, 2024 will result in 100% penalty. Travel Insurance Recommended Please Note ‐ Terms & Conditions are based on a Special Event room block contract. Other important details: Transfers ‐ You will be able to add r/t airport private or multi stop transfers when booking. Baggage allowed: 1 regular and 1 carry on. R/T Private Transfers: 1-6 passengers. Everyone using this transfer must be on same flight. $82.50 per van R/T multi stop shared transfer: $18.75 pp For more than 6 people: $107 for one way and everyone in group must be on same flight. This will be added separately, just let Jennifer know. Airfare ‐ Will be booked by you . Alot of people choose to use points and it also allows you to stalk pricing and grab the airfare at it's lowest. You will need to supply Jenn with your flight information once booked so she can set up the transfers to and from the airport. Travel Insurance - I always recommend Travel Insurance just in case something should happen. We can offer the supplier Group Vacation Protection. When you contact Jenn, she will send you an infographic explaining the difference between the two plans and pricing. E-Ticket: Dominican Republic requires an e ticket to be filled out online done no earlier than 3 days prior to Travel. Jenn will remind everyone and send the official link to do this. Valid Passport required. Your passport must be valid up at least 6 months after travel dates. By making your deposit, you have read and are agreeing to the above Payment and Cancelation Terms & Conditions.
