Is the wedding ceremony and reception in different locations?

No, the wedding ceremony and reception will be at the same location, Stone House of St. Charles.

What is the best way to RSVP and when should I RSVP by?

The best way to RSVP is through the RSVP tab on our website. Please RSVP before June 30th, 2023.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please dress in formal, black-tie-optional attire.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Adults only please, with exception to those in the wedding party.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to find a good parking spot and get situated for the ceremony.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is parking at the venue. For those guests that need mobility assistance, a golf cart will be available to pick up and transport guests. If possible, please let us know ahead of time if you need handicap-accessible parking arrangements as there is limited space.

Will there be transportation or ride-share services available after the reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be providing transportation as the wedding ceremony and reception are at the same venue. Ride-share options such as Uber and Lyft should be available but are not guaranteed. Please drink responsibly and plan a safe ride home if you plan to drink alcohol. The bride and groom encourage carpooling with a designated driver, if possible.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

We have hired a team of amazing photographers and videographers to capture the day for us. We kindly ask that you do not take pictures or videos during the wedding ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a +1 then you are absolutely welcome to bring a guest. If not, please refrain as seats for our ceremony and reception are limited.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar. We will have Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Hard Seltzer, Wine, and Liquor, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What is the best way to let you know?

Have you booked hotel room blocks for out-of-town guests?

Answer

At this time, we have not. We recommend reserving your stay at one of these preferred, nearby hotels: Ameristar Casino Resort & Spa St. Charles, Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis, Drury Plaza Hotel St. Charles, Hampton Inn & Suites St. Charles Old Town Area, Courtyard by Marriott St. Peters. If planning to reserve a room, please do so ahead of time to avoid any conflicts.
