We’re getting married!

Her point of view: We met for the first time in person on February 22nd 2020 when Adam drove up to Michigan to come to a hockey game with me for my 17th birthday. We had been talking for for a few months on the phone and had formed the beginnings of a really solid friendship. After meeting that day we became best friends instantly and made such a strong connection. Adam spent lots of weekends that summer driving up from Indiana to spent time with me. I loved showing him around my small town, taking him to the lake, getting to know him so well and introducing him to all of my friends and family, they all loved him too. I knew from the very beginning that Adam would have a big role in my life and when we officially started dating on Valentine’s Day of 2021 ( cheesy I know) I knew that role would be the one of my life partner, I didn’t ever want to be with anyone else. I still feel so lucky to have fallen in love with my best friend. His point of view: Brooke and I first started talking in November of 2020 and the first time I saw her I knew something had changed in my life, and it would never be the same again. I was very curious to know who this person was, and the talks we had were those of lifelong best friends. Once I began visiting her and her family it felt like I was coming home to see her on those weekends. The first time she ever came to see me at my house in Indiana was the weekend that we started dating, and it took everything in me to not propose right then and there (I would have given her a ring pop). I fell in love with everything about her and I knew that she would someday be my wife. We dated long distance for about a year, and did not see eachother for 2 weekends out of that entire year. In February 2022, I moved up to Michigan to start our lives together there. It continually proves to be the best decision I have ever made, she is my home.
