FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you kindly RSVP by May 31st, 2024.

Question

Do you have a hotel block reserved?

Answer

Yes - we have a block reserved at the Holiday Inn located at 1325 Seymour Street. If booking online, please use group code "BMW", or mention "Bilton Mcleod Wedding" if booking via phone. Unfortunately, only a limited number of rooms could be reserved so these will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please refer to the Travel tab for more information.

Question

Is there transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

We want our guests to relax and enjoy our big day. For this reason, we are providing complimentary transportation departing from the Holiday Inn at 1325 Seymour Street. The shuttle will depart at 2pm (sharp!) and return guests at 10:30pm and 1am, respectively.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

A large parking lot is available for guests to park their vehicles. We also encourage guests to park their cars overnight and take advantage of our complimentary shuttle bus to return home. ***There is a fixed number of spaces available for guests to park their RV or trailer overnight but please note these do not have access to water or hydro. If you are interested in this option, reach out to the bride or groom as spaces are limited.***

Question

Can I bring a date/guest?

Answer

All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitation. If your invitation is addressed to you "and guest", you are more than welcome to bring someone. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to attend unaccompanied. Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accomadate our closest family and friends. We thank you for understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

If you choose to drive to the venue, we suggest that guests arrive by 2:45pm at the latest. This will allow ample time for everyone to get seated before the ceremony starts. Otherwise, our complimentary shuttle bus will depart from the Holiday Inn at 2pm (sharp) and drop guests off at the venue in time for the ceremony.

Question

What should guests do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We will be providing a cocktail hour with passed hors d'hoeuvres and drinks for our guests to enjoy before the reception. Yard games and other activities will also be available!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Regretfully, we will not be providing an open bar service. Stay tuned for an update on our cash bar!

Question

I still have questions. What is the best way to contact you?

Answer

We are more than happy to answer any questions that our guest may have. Please send an email to bcbiltonmcleod@outlook.com and we will do our best to answer in a timely manner. Please note that all questions or concerns should be relayed to Lisanne, our day-of coordinator on the day of the wedding.
