We're Getting Married!

Logan and Ashleigh met in 2008 when Ashleigh's family moved from Liberal, Kansas to Midland, Texas and joined Kelview Heights Baptist Church. The Whiteman's gave the Brock's a warm welcome, and the families formed a friendship that would last forever.

In 2011, the Brock family began a new journey and moved to Eagle River, Alaska. They made sure to stay in contact with all of the friends they had made in Midland. In 2014, the Brocks' Alaskan adventure had come to an end and they moved to Katy, Texas. Logan and Ashleigh started a long-distance relationship in 2017. The young love birds ended their relationship in 2019, as the distance between them was growing more and more difficult.

In the summer of 2021, Logan and Ashleigh both ended up in Lubbock, Texas. Their friendship began to bloom again and they were both so happy to be back in each other's lives. On February 16th, 2022, Logan asked Ashleigh to be his girlfriend. They both felt that God had brought them back to each other when the time was perfect.

On June 10th, 2023, in the small town of Brownwood, Texas, Ashleigh was spending a fun weekend with her family. Little did she know that they were keeping a secret. Although Ashleigh thought Logan was in Lubbock, he was in Brownwood planning to pop the question. The Brock's were on their way to the country club to grab some lunch, but took a detour to the park. As the family was walking down a beautiful path in the park, Logan and his family were anxiously waiting at the end of the path. When Ashleigh saw Logan standing there, tears filled her eyes. Logan asked her to marry him to which she nodded and responded, "Yes, yes!" The couple could not be more excited for this new chapter in their lives.
