What's the venue like?

Answer

Horning's Hideout is very much quirky Oregon outdoors- just like us! There are even roaming peacocks! There are three venues on the property. Our wedding will be held at the 'Creekside' venue. Our ceremony and reception will have various terrain such as gravel, grass, concrete and dirt. For those planning to wear heels, we recommend low wedge style shoes or nice sandals.

What about parking?

Answer

There is plenty of onsite parking for our specific venue. However, please note that this is largely gravel and field style parking.

Will you have a shuttle at the end of the evening?

Answer

Yes! While we are not shuttling folks from their hotels to the start of the ceremony, we will have a shuttle service from the venue to several hotels in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area after the wedding. It will be our guests responsibility for picking up their cars at the venue the next morning by 10AM. More info coming soon.

What's the food and drink situation?

Answer

We'll have an onsite taco truck with meat lovers, vegetarian, and vegan taco options. The bar will be a serve yourself style with beer and wine.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

While we're fine with you taking pictures with your cell phones during the reception, we'd like to keep the ceremony 100% cell phone free. Please turn off or silence your phones and keep them out of view for the ceremony.
