Vince and Dennis met as high school football teammates and have been close friends ever since. A natural prankster, Dennis is always ready to offer great advice or a classic joke. Dennis is the father of our flower girls Layla and Aliya James.

Vince and James met right before starting their freshman years at UNC. They have studied, partied, and were roommates during the course of their studies. James has the rare ability to give the best advice and harshest sarcasm at the same time.

Vince and Camorie also met as college students. Aside from being a roommate, Camorie was often a spiritual anchor and voice of reason during their college years.

The health care administration professional turned model and a huge part of my family. India has grown up alongside us in the Brown Household to the point of which I'm not sure where my memories begin and hers end sometimes. My almost birthday twin gets me like no other cousin and I am super honored to have her in my wedding party.

Another member of the Cary High crew. Vince and Mike started as teammates on the football team. Mike has always brought a great sense of humor and solid advice to their friendship. Their friendship has continued through the years and we are delighted that he is a part of our Wedding Party.

Vince and Jeremy met just prior to beginning their first year of law school. They went through that ringer together whether it was classwork, the Black Law Student Association, studying for the bar, or cooking a pig. They formed a bond that has remained tight ever since.

Aliya is named after Vince (they share a middle name-Devon), she can be shy at times, but is full of energy. She has a big heart, determined spirit, and I know she'll do a great job on our wedding day.
