We're getting married!

Brittany and Skylar met at Silver Aspen Ranch when a potential horse buyer contacted Brittany's employer, Evergreen Equine Veterinary Practice, to do a pre-purchase exam on one of the horses in training. Skylar was the one assisting Brittany and Dr. Colton through the exam.

After Brittany received a quarterly bonus, with the extra income she recommended a date night to Skylar, and to much surprise, a mutual decision was made to go to the Japanese Steak House in Federal Way. They went and had a great night filled with good food and laughter. On their way home, Skylar stated that they needed to go to the barn. Thinking nothing of it, that maybe a horse needed medications, or he forgot something at the barn, Brittany went along with it. They parked in front, and Skylar said to put a blindfold on and that he had a surprise. Yet confused, Brittany went along with it and Skylar tied it on. He then guided her through the barn doors, and down to the indoor arena. They stopped midway in the arena, Skylar began to play the song Lights Down Low by Max, which has been their favorite song since they started dating. He said to Brittany to take off the blindfold, and he was down on one knee. Behind him in large letters said "Marry Me" with neon teal lights behind them. Tears of happiness filled Brittany's eyes, and of course, said "Yes!" Skylar's brother, Trentyn, assisted in sneakily helped and also videoed the heartfelt proposal.
