Airport & Car Rental & Travel

We recommend flying into Denver International Airport (DIA). The wedding venue, Whitewoods Outdoor Adventures, is approximately 3 hours from the airport. A rental car is the best/cheapest form of transportation to get you there. Pricing is usually better if you book the car from a location off airport grounds. You should not need an AWD vehicle (unless snow is forecasted, or you plan to go off roading in the mountains)! You will lose cell service when driving to WOA as you'll be driving through the mountains. As long as your GPS on your phone is programmed with the venue address, it should still work even without service. (Take it from me, forever directionally challenged.) If you ask my dad though, he'd probably tell you to bring a paper map. Choose your poison! We recommend flying in early the day before the wedding so you can enjoy your drive through the mountains, take photos and take in the beautiful views along the way and hopefully spot some wildlife!
