We're getting married

Back in 2006 Everett's best friend asked if he wanted to go to girl named Grace's house for a bit. Everett was happy to go, but they had a big problem: Grace lived in Babylon and they were all the way in Great River. Not yet able to drive(though Everett had been driving cars up and down the driveway when no one was home for years), they convinced Everett's mom to drive them to Babylon. This was especially lucky for Everett because his friend and Grace never spoke again(at least that's Grace's version of events). Everett and Britt got along quite a bit better and after a few trips(complete with parental chauffeur service) to the Babylon Movie Theater and bowling alley they quickly became inseparable.

Brittany, Everett and Rupert (of course!) headed to Aspen for a fall weekend in the mountains. Everett somehow convinced Brittany to wake up at 5am to watch the sunrise....Everett drove to their destination, a surprise to Brittany they landed at Maroon Bells, where she had been wanting to visit since moving to Colorado. Maroon Bells is known for it's reflective lake and two giant snow-striped mountaintops, Maroon Peak and North Maroon Peak, named the most photographed place in all of Colorado. Although pictures don't do it justice. They strolled through the mountains and when the sun rose to the top of the peaks Everett dropped down on one knee. Brittany shouted "YES!", and was also thinking "FINALLY!" : ) We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in the mountains!
