Although we love to watch the children laugh and play, this is going to be an adults-only kind of day. Make this a date night and enjoy an evening/weekend out! Thank you for your understanding, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will there be a shuttle from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will not be. The airports are just under 2 hours away from the hotels in Lexington Park.

Question

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue on the wedding day?

Answer

Yes! There will be one shuttle run for arrival to the venue and one departure from the venue. **Please note that the one shuttle run (arrival and departure) may run out of room. If that happens, your own transportation/uber/lift will be needed to and from the venue. There will be parking at the venue. Towne Place pickup is promptly at 3:45pm. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Fairfield Inn pickup is promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Departure from the venue will be 10:00pm.

Guest Policy - Can I bring someone not listed on my rsvp?

Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, with careful consideration we are choosing to celebrate with those we addressed on the invites and on our online rsvp. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let Eric or Brittany know as soon as possible if you have concerns regarding food allergies. We do have a set buffet menu, but we will let the head chef know of any dangerous food allergies a guest might have. We will get into contact and try our best to accommodate. There will be select amount of desserts that are gluten free.
