Time to celebrate!

Message from Emily: Britt and I went to the same schools, knew the same people, and grew up in the same small town. Our Love is true friendship, trust, joy and a bond that is built from years of knowing each other and re meeting each other at different stages of our lives. I have known that Britt was the right person for me for a long time now. So, when she asked me to marry her, I did not want to wait. We eloped July 17th, 2022, at the Shawano County courthouse with my mom taking pictures and a very kind woman named Charlene helping us sign papers because we were far too excited to stay focused. It might not be everyone's idea of a perfect wedding, but it was mine. Now I want Britt to have her moment to truly shine. Her energy, charisma, and beauty deserve time in the spotlight in front of our friends and family. I also want to say that Brianna and I have been best friends for so many years and I was always at their house when we were young. I have felt like a part of the Finger, Polzin, Beilfuss, Van Allen, Bonikowske family for well over a decade now but I am so happy to be officially a part of the family! I love you guys. Message From Britt: Growing up I knew Emily all throughout high school. Her being best friends with my sister, Brianna, she was always at my house, and I would've never guessed she would be the one I would spend my life with. It wasn't until years after we had both graduated that we reconnected. If you would ask Emily, she would say she was waiting for me to realize that I actually had feelings for her. Well, the wait was over. I had always known that we had something special, but never thought she would end up being my soulmate. Although eloping was never my perfect picture of getting married, with Emily, it didn't matter. Any way we could be married was alright with me because it would be with the perfect person. She has such a kind, loving soul and has such patience when it comes to almost anything. She makes everything easier and I'm happy to get to spend my life with her. Our families have been nothing but supportive of our relationship. With her basically growing up with my family, she's always been a part of it. Now she is officially, and I can't be more excited. Her mom, Brad and sister have welcomed me into the family as if I have always been here. They love me for who I am, and I am so grateful for the relationships we have developed and am thrilled to see how they will continue to grow. We are both very excited to celebrate our love and happiness with you all! We can't wait to see you all on August 19th!
