Our story starts with the goodness of God. Britt and I met playing soccer in Medina. We were on separate co-ed teams but we often subbed for each other out of need for last minute players. I eventually folded and asked for a full-time spot on her team. After one of our late night games, we had our first one-on-one conversation which went well into the small hours of the night. At that time, we were each walking through very difficult seasons in our lives, which spilled into that first conversation. We learned together very early on just how essential the components of honesty and vulnerability are in a healthy relationship. A few weeks after that night, I ended up moving to Medina with some guys from the church we were both attending. God kept opening doors and doing immeasurably more with our open hands than what we could have ever asked or thought. The fruit of our relationship all points to His grace and faithfulness. We are so excited to spend our lives serving the Lord together, and can’t wait to worship Him with you on our special day. Much love, family!
