Do I need to RSVP online? And by what date?

Answer

Yes, please! This will help us all keep track of everyone, what food you want, and will make our lives a million times easier when it comes time for final guest count. Brittany knows Zach will tell you it's okay to just tell him. It's not, lol. Please RSVP online! Deadline date is 9/15/2023.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at Creekside Event Center in Colorado Springs no later than 3:45 pm. Due to the early sunset this time of year we'll have to be pretty punctual.

What's the weather like?

Answer

Be checking the weather in the weeks and days leading up to the day! Colorado's weather fluctuates a TON. This last year we got our first snow on 10/27, and the year before it was sunny and nice out (nice meaning 60s). You can bet it'll be chillier at night though, so plan to pack warm.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Colorado Springs Airport (COS) will likely be your best bet, as it is roughly 10 minutes from the venue. You could also fly into Denver International (DIA), but by the time you either rent a car or get a ride down it's likely more worth it to just go into COS.

How do I get to the venue? Will transport be provided?

Answer

Depending on the hotel you stay at (see the Travel tab) shuttle services will be included to the venue! If you plan to drive there is plenty of parking onsite.
