How We Met We met during our time studying at the University of Delaware. While at a party, a hurricane came rolling through town leaving Andrew and me together for 10+ hours. From that day on, we were inseparable. As our families kindly put it, "as each event rolled around, there were Olivia and Andrew together." We quickly fell madly in love and became each other's best friend. The Proposal After a blissful three years of dating, Andrew proposed on a warm summer night in the dunes of Lewes (Savannah) Beach. Olivia was taken completely by surprise as she was under the impression that we were there to check on the family kayaks. As soon as Andrew asked "Olivia Anne Brinn, will you marry me", Olivia screamed an excited and gleeful yes before looking over to realize that Cindy (Andrew's mom) was hiding in the dunes capturing the entire moment. It was truly the most perfect moment. Andrew then threw out another surprise by arranging for Olivia's parents to sneak down to the beach so both families could celebrate the engagement together. About Us After Andrew graduated college, we moved to Lewes, Delaware where Olivia completed her student teaching in her final year of college. We love life down here and never want to leave. Olivia is a special education teacher and will be working at DelMar high school as a life skills teacher for children with special needs. Her love for children shines through each day. Olivia has a love for life and always has a positive attitude, well... most of the time. Andrew is a field engineer at Allan Myers in Georgetown, Delaware. Andrew's sense of humor shines through everyday wether it is cracking jokes or narrating our dog's thoughts. Andrew is always on the go, taking Olivia on wild goose chases and keeping life exciting. Together, we have a two year old boxer-lab puppy, Carson, who always, and we mean always, keeps us on our toes. We love him so much. We enjoy watching one another take care of him in such a loving way. We are beyond blessed to be living this life and cannot wait to begin our marriage.
