Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a trolley that will transport guests from the W Hotel to the Down Town Club, and at the end of the evening, the same trolley will transport guests back to the W. To the wedding: 1st trolley leaves the W at 3:50pm, the 2nd leaves at 4:30pm. End of the night: 1st trolley leaves the venue at 10:50pm, the 2nd leaves at 11:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is a free valet service at the venue.

Yes, both events are at the same venue.
