Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm so please arrive at 4:30pm.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Austin Country Club. The ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn. The reception will be held inside the ballroom.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire is black-tie optional. Tuxes and gowns are preferred but not required.

Will there be transportation from the hotel to Austin Country Club?

Answer

Yes, we will provide shuttles for our guests staying at the Hotel Viata.

Will parking be avilable?

Answer

There will be complimentary valet parking at Austin Country Club.

Question

Is there a hotel block for the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block at Hotel Viata starting Wednesday, October 23 through Tuesday, October 29. Reservations will be accepted up to October 8, 2024. Please reference the McGettigan-Stephens wedding when booking your stay.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

If you already know whether or not you can´t make it, please feel free to let us know as soon as possible by RSVP’ing here on our website. Thank you

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We´ll only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation which will be sent in the following months.

Question

Are children welcome to the wedding ceremony or reception?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy themselves. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time for your children, and leaving them at home so you can celebrate with us.
