I've never been to Colorado, does the altitude affect you?

Answer

Yes! Please make sure you are staying hydrated in the week up to traveling and while you are here in Colorado. We want everyone to have a great time so it is important to ensure you are staying hydrated!

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

You do not need a car for any of the associated wedding weekend events, but if you would like to do a hike or explore parts of Colorado, we recommend renting one! There are a lot of great hikes within 45 mins-1.5 hours from Denver.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be at St Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Denver CO. There will be about an hour in between the church ceremony and the transportation to arrowhead. The shuttles will be picking guests up from both recommended hotels; The maven and Fairfield. We recommend grabbing a cocktail or going back to your hotel with the hour of free time in between! There will not be provided transportation to the church. We recommend driving (if a car is available to you) or Uber! The church is a 5 min Uber from the Fairfield and a 7 min Uber from the Maven.

Where will the cocktail hour/reception be?

Answer

The cocktail hour will be OUTSIDE at arrowhead and the reception will be OUTSIDE in a tent! This is October in Colorado, so temperature may drop! Make sure to bring your most stylish coat! There will also be heaters available.

How should I dress?

Answer

Cocktail attire is great! Make sure to check the weather a few days prior to plan your outfit accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off! Please keep in mind the atmosphere and venue are more accommodating to adults.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you!

Is there a shuttle to the reception?

Answer

Yes, check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need. If you prefer to drive, parking is available at Arrowhead Golf Club. You are able to leave your car overnight if needed!
