Of course you can fly into John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) or LaGuardia Airport (LGA) but the easiest and closest airport to the Jersey Shore is Newark Airport (EWR).
Train
If you're coming from NYC, the train is a great option to get down the shore. You can take NJ Transit directly to Spring Lake. And from there, it's a short walk or Uber ride to the bed & breakfasts hotels. There is also a NJ Transit stop at Newark airport that will bring you right to Spring Lake station.
