IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY and RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes, there is parking right at the location. Once parked please go to the front of the building and walk around to the pond where the ceremony will take place.

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS?

Answer

Hotel recommendations are on travel tab. As always, you can look up hotels or places to stay near Willow Springs and multiple different hotels or airbnbs will be available for your choosing.

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Please let the bride or groom know well in advance if there is a serious food allergy. We will do our best to work with you in hopes for you to have an enjoyable meal along with everyone else.

ARE KIDS WELCOMED?

Yes! Please let us know if you are bringing your little one in advance. We will need to know this for table and chair numbers for the reception.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

I recommend for people to arrive plenty early. Depending on how you are coming to the venue there could be traffic. The schedule for the afternoon is listed under the schedule tabs. See you there!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE CEREMONY?

Please drive your own car. Depending on where you are staying uber rides to and from the venue are not far.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Please dress nice! This is also a November wedding and the weather could change over night so please dress for the weather. Depending on how the weather will be the ceremony will be outside.
