1. If you are staying at a Northstar property, you can schedule a time to be picked up by Northstar's complimentary shuttle service. The contact information will be provided to you in your check-in information.

2. If you are driving to the event: When you turn onto Northstar Drive from Highway 267 continue straight through the first roundabout. You will continue towards the Northstar Village, when you reach the stop sign continue straight and take your first left into the lower parking. Follow signs that direct towards "preferred parking". Yes, wheelchairs do not fit into Big Springs Gondola however lift operators can completely stop the lift for easier access. Wheelchairs fit into Zephyr Gondola Cabins and there are paved walkways.
