First Shuttle

October 16, 2021 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

The first shuttle will start running at 3:30pm at the Holiday Inn and then pick up immediately after at the Best Western (hotels are 5 minutes apart). One of the first shuttles to leave the venue will start at 10pm.

Second Shuttle

October 16, 2021 3:45 pm - 11:00 pm

The second shuttle will start running at 3:45pm at the Holiday Inn and then pick up at the Best Western (hotels are 5 minutes apart). This will be the last shuttle to the venue! A final shuttle will depart the venue at 11pm.

Curious about the town of Hudson? Not a fan of hotels? The city of Hudson is a beautiful and fun place to explore in upstate NY! Best Western New Baltimore Inn

This hotel provided us with a discount code that you can use at checkout to reserve your room. This is a first come first serve option, they do not have a specific "hold" on rooms for the wedding; it is simply what their availability is on that date. This option is about 25 minutes from the venue. A shuttle to and from the venue will be provided. To get the discount: Click the "rates" drop down menu. Click "Promotional". Select "Wedding" and it should update for rate for the requested dates

Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Coxsackie

Please CALL the hotel to book these rooms. If you book online, it will tell you the hotel is sold out! A block of 10 Rooms are being held under the Walter-Henn Wedding. These will be held till 9/15/21. Please book as accommodations as soon as possible. This option is about 25 minutes from the venue. A shuttle to and from the venue will be provided.

Flight

All Major NYC airports and Albany

New York has several airports to choose from when arranging travel to our wedding. You have Laguardia, JFK Airport, and Newark, each are about 2 hours from Hudson. There is a train via Amtrack that runs from Grand Central Station in NYC to the town of Hudson. The closest airport is Albany, NY which is about 45 minutes from Hudson. Albany is a smaller airport that might not work with all major airlines.
