When should I RSVP by?

Please kindly RSVP by the 20th of August.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail or semi-formal attire would fit in perfect with our wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:30 PM so please allow time for transportation and seating.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is ample parking outside of the venue.

What time is hotel check in?

Answer

The hotel check in is 3 pm. However, if you would like to check in earlier, give the hotel a call the day before or day of to request and they will do their best to accomodate.

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a bus that will pick up from Aloft Hotel at 4:30pm and bring guests to Woodcrest Country Club for the 5:30 pm ceremony.

Will there be transportation from the venue to the hotel at the end of the night?

Answer

Yes, there will be a bus that will pick guests up from the venue at the end of the night between 11-11:30 after the reception ends. **MASKS MUST BE WORN ON THE BUS SO PLEASE TRY TO BRING ONE!!**

Is there an after party?

There will be an after party at the hotel bar (Aloft Hotel) after our reception is over!
