It all started very romantically in June of 2022, a tale as old as time—Hinge. Rachel and Brian had seen each other previously in passing at Joey’s, the restaurant Rachel was working at (which also happens to be Brian’s favorite) and, surprise, the gym! They maintained a friendship for several months (to the dismay of Rachel) until Brian could no longer deny he wanted something more. Fast forward and Brian proposed in September of 2023 during a trip to Portland, OR.
