What airport is closest?

Answer

Nashville Airport (BNA) is a 15 minute drive away.

Will transportation to and from the wedding venue be provided?

Answer

Yes and no. Housing is walking distance from the wedding venue, but we can also provide one off transportation as needed. Transportation will be provided from the venue to the after party.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Housing is provided for all from Friday to Sunday, no need to book anything if you do not want to. You are welcome to book a hotel if you need or want to extend your stay in Nashville.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

No registry, no gifts. All we ask is that you come, have a great time, dance alot, and celebrate with us.

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Semi formal.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Yes (partly). The ceremony is outdoors, but will be short and the venue has large shade umbrellas if needed. The cocktail hour and reception is a mix of indoor and outdoors.

What is the plan for Friday?

Answer

Friday night the wedding party and family will have a rehearsal dinner. Free night for the rest of you.

What is the plan for Saturday before the wedding?

Answer

Free day. Show up to the venue by 4:00pm for drinks and to start the party off. Open bar 4:00 - 4:30pm, ceremony 4:30 - 5:00pm, reception to follow.

What is the plan for Sunday?

Answer

Free day. Bride / groom / family will likely get brunch somewhere. If you plan for a late departure on Sunday, there will be a place for your luggage as you explore Nashville.

What if I want to come on Thursday?

Answer

Please do, all are welcome to stay at our place or we can figure out a separate rental.
