Wedding Shuttle Bus

There will be a shuttle leaving for the wedding from the AU Hotel at 4:00 and TownePlace Suites at 4:20 and then two shuttles heading back to town at 9:00 PM and immediately after the reception is over. Uber/Lyft are also available and can take you to Twenty-One Acres.

The Hotel at Auburn University & Dixon Conference Center
In order to use our discounted link, you needed to book by September 24. The hotel still has plenty of availability and has let us know that if you contact them directly they can still honor our discount. We recommend this hotel if you are flying in and don't want to rent a car. The Groome shuttle drops off directly at this hotel from the Atlanta airport. It is also downtown, across the street from campus and walking distance to almost everything else you might need while in town (restaurants, Target, Publix, and bars if you plan on going out after the wedding).

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Auburn University Area
Please use the link provided for our discounted block of rooms. This hotel is slightly closer to the venue and is a good option if you are driving in, but please note if you will not have a car that it is not in the most walkable area (though there are a couple of restaurants and a Starbucks in walking distance). The Groome shuttle also drops off and picks up at this hotel.

The Collegiate Hotel at Auburn
This is a small boutique hotel so we do not have a block of rooms, but it is also a great option that is convenient to downtown!
Flight
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
If you are flying in, we recommend the Atlanta airport rather than the Birmingham airport. It is closer to Auburn (roughly an hour and a half drive vs. 2 hours from Birmingham) and you will likely have many more flight options as it is much larger. There is also no shuttle service from Birmingham.
Travel Note
Groome Airport Shuttle
The Groome shuttle service is $55 each way and picks up and drops off directly from the Atlanta airport to both hotels. This is the best way to get to town if you are not planning on renting a car. While there are no big university events the weekend of the wedding so we don't expect these to be completely full, it does sometimes happen so we recommend booking once you know your flight times.
