Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! There will be shuttles from Chatham Tides hotel (394 Pleasant St, Chatham, MA 02659), Allen Harbor Rentals (326 Lower County Road, Harwich Port, MA 02646) and Bluebird Inn (426 Lower County Rd, Dennis Port, MA 02639) departing each hotel at 3:15 PM. Guests are welcome to take a shuttle even if you are not staying in the hotel. Free parking is available at the venue. Guests can leave cars at the venue overnight and pickup before 10 AM Sunday. Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis are available but may take a while to arrival. Utilize the call ahead feature for a scheduled departure time. Cape Destinations (https://capedestinations.com/) has car services available.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is parking at the Wychmere Beach Club where the entire wedding will take place. Guests may leave their car at the venue until 10 AM on Sunday if needed.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outside. The cocktail hour and reception will have both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Where should we stay / Is there a hotel block?
Answer
We do not have a hotel block. There are many small inns and hotels in the Harwich and surrounding towns (Chatham, Dennis Port) that we recommend booking as soon as possible as they will be filled quickly for 4th of July weekend.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Although we do love your children, we’ve elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only.
