Hello there, as stated in the invitation we do have a room block at this hotel and there will be a shuttle that will take you to and from the venue. However, if you would like to stay a little closer to the venue or enjoy more of New Hampshire's ambiance I do recommend looking into the Air BnB's in the area. 
I do recommend reserving accommodations ahead of time as the 100th anniversary of bike week starts this weekend and things might book up quickly.
