FAQs

Question

When and where should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2024. That way we can have a final head count for our caterers & vendors. You may RSVP right here on our website!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Instead of a registry, we are asking for contributions to our honeymoon fund. You may find that fund on the registry tab on our website!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 4:00 pm on September 21st, 2024. Please arrive 15 minutes or earlier to sign in at our guest table & grab a drink before the ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking our guests to look & feel their best on our wedding day! We would like our guests to arrive in semi-formal/cocktail hour attire. Please, no jeans, t-shirts, or hats. Ladies, please know that this is an outdoor venue with grass, so maybe rethink those stilettos!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have received an invitation that includes a plus one, you may bring 1 guest.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If you received an invitation that includes your children, they are more than welcome to come! If you want an adult night away, that's okay too!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the Travel tab on our website for any hotel recommendations.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We have booked Costa's Taco's who will be making tacos & quesadillas with a variety of meat options, as well as a veggie option. We will make sure that all food accommodations are met. This includes dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian/vegan options for our guests.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will be held at the same location. There will be parking onsite and a parking attendant to assist.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

You are more than welcome to park your vehicles onsite if you are driving yourself to the venue. If you are staying in a hotel near by and do not want to drive, we suggest Uber or Lyft. It shouldn't be too expensive as Sonoma is a relatively small, wine country, town.

Question

Is it an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes. Our vendors, Tap Truck 510 and Sixteen 600, will be serving beer and wine all night long! There will be other non-alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy as well. Please note that anyone under the age of 21 is prohibited from drinking alcohol at our wedding.

Question

Will there be restrooms onsite?

Answer

Because our venue is in the heart of a beautiful vineyard, the restrooms will be rented luxury toilets located near the parking lot.
