What is the wedding schedule?

Answer

Guests will arrive and be seated in the Pavillion BY 5:30 pm facing the Chuppah. The ceremony will begin PROMPTLY at 6:00 pm. After the conclusion of the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour in the historic Carriage House and courtyard and then a buffet dinner in the Manor House. After dinner, we return to the Pavillion for some dancing and wedding cake.

What is the address of the Richardson Historic Park and Nature Preserve for my GPS?

Answer

Richardson Historic Park and Nature Preserve 1937 Wilton Dr Wilton Manors, FL 33305 As a landmark: it is located directly across the street from Dairy Queen. NOTE: PARKING IS LIMITED. HOWEVER, WE WILL TRY TO ACCOMMODATE ALL CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. The entrance to the property will be via the gate from the parking lot (all other gates/entrances to the park will be locked).

Will transportation be available from the hotel to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle service will make two trips from the hotel to Richardson Park before the wedding and then two return trips after the wedding. SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: Pre-Wedding (from Wyndham) 4:30 pm 5:00 pm Post-Wedding (from Richardson Nature Preserve) 10:30 pm 11:00 pm

Will I need to rent a car?

Answer

The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to and from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. We are also providing a shuttle to and from the wedding venue. All of Fort Lauderdale is a short uber ride away. If you plan on multiple activities during your stay, car rentals are all available at the airport.

Is there parking at the wedding venue (Richardson Park)?

Answer

There are 42 parking spaces in the Richardson Park Parking Lot. We STRONGLY recommend carpooling. Hotel guests should use the complimentary shuttle. We will do our best to accommodate ALL cars in the parking lot. IF NEEDED: There is additional parking in the City Hall/ Hagen Park Parking Lot located 2 blocks north of Richardson Park, adjacent to Wilton Manors City Hall. You will have to pre-pay for parking at a kiosk and place the receipt on your windshield. Finally, there is another lot in the former Sushi Rock restaurant at 2199 Wilton Drive. The hotel features a complimentary shuttle to/from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, a gym, and a rooftop pool. PLEASE NOTE: If you plan on staying at the hotel, our block of rooms was released at 5:00 pm ON FEBRUARY 23rd. Please call the hotel at (954) 212-9100 to inquire about the market rate.
