Downtown Holland
Please note that a lot of shops and restaurants in downtown Holland are closed on Sundays. Downtown Holland is a year-round destination begging to be explored. Beautifully restored turn-of-the-century architecture serves as the backdrop to a thriving cityscape; tree-lined streets dotted with Victorian lampposts and captivating flower beds accent an inspiring collection of unique boutiques and eateries. Buzzing with sidewalk cafes, live music and coffee shops, downtown is the place to both meet up with old friends and to make new ones.
Holland State Park Beach
THE BEACH – Miles of Lake Michigan shoreline are just waiting for your family to discover. For a classic day at the beach, take a dip in the lake, savor a towering waffle cone, or dive for a volleyball at the Holland State Park. A short distance away, Tunnel Park is a great place for a picnic and kids to run up and tumble down a soaring sand dune, and then hear their voices echo in a tunnel as they walk through it.
