Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal attire. For the men, suits & ties are requested. For the ladies, a fancy cocktail dress (of any length - regular, midi, floor length) or dressy jumpsuit are all great options.

Can I bring my children?

This will be an adults-only event, hope you understand!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly as that you only bring a plus one if your formal invitation clearly states (Your Name) and Guest. Please include them in your RSVP.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a free parking lot at Newport Vineyards. For the night before at The Landing, there are various paid parking lots around Newport to utilize.

What if I know I can't attend?

Answer

We will miss you! We do have an intimate venue and kindly ask that you let us know at your earliest convenience so we may invite as many family and friends as possible.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to Newport Vineyards?

Answer

Yes, there will be a bus to and from the Hampton Inn & Suites, as well as a drop off at East Island Reserve Hotel at the end of the night. We will have more finalized times as the event gets closer.

Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be inside.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an Unplugged Ceremony, so we ask that you don't take ceremony photos to allow our amazing photographer to capture the best shots. But during the cocktail hour, reception and after party, please snap away!
