How should I get to the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

We strongly encourage that you take the transportation provided to the event. There will be shuttles going from the hotels to the venue and back. Parking is available if so choose to drive. Transportation will be provided to and from the following hotels to the event venue. FAIRFIELD INN (ALL PEOPLE STAYING AT FAIRFIELD HOTEL) BUS ARRIVES AT 3:35 PM AND DEPARTS FROM HOTEL AT 3:50 PM OMNI HOTEL (ALL PEOPLE STAYING OMNI, AIR B&B OR OTHER PLACES IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA) BUS ARRIVES AT 3:35 PM AND DEPARTS FROM HOTEL AT 3:50 PM HILTON GARDEN & HOLIDAY INN (ALL PEOPLE STAYING AT HILTON & HOLIDAY AND AIR B &B OR OTHER PLACES) BUS ARRIVES AT HILTON GARDEN AT 3:20 PM DEPARTS 3:30 PM FROM HILTON GARDEN BUS ARRIVES AT HOLIDAY INN AT 3:40 PM AND DEPARTS 3:50 PM 9:00 PM EARLY SHUTTLE DEPARTS TO HOTELS 11:00 PM ALL BUSES DEPARTS BACK TO INDIVDUAL HOTELS

When should I plan to come to Charlottesville, Virginia?

You are welcome to come for as many days as your schedule allows! The bride and groom are arriving Thursday evening. Activities are starting Friday evening!

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Will the event be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The Ceremony will be outdoor overlooking the beautiful blue ridge mountains. The Reception will take place indoor.
